Thank you for shopping with MANe22™. Because we prioritize quality and hygiene, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges.

All Sales are Final

Due to the nature of our product and to ensure the highest hygiene standards for all our customers, all sales are final. Once a product has been purchased and the packaging has been opened, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to love your MANe22™ experience. If your product arrives damaged during transit or is defective, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.

  • To report a defect, please contact us at info@mane22.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage/defect.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered the shipping process. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once a tracking number has been generated, the sale is considered final.
